What are your responsibilities?
You won't just run ads; you will own the digital funnel and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Drive High-Performance Campaigns: Manage SEO, PPC, and Social channels to drive consistent 20% Month-over-Month growth in active users.
- Turn Data Into Growth: Analyze CAC, ROI, and traffic patterns to make data-backed decisions on budgeting and creative direction.
- Power the Journey: Work with Tech & Sales to optimize the user path from awareness to order, aiming for ≥ 75% digital order penetration.
- Champion Innovation: Experiment boldly. We aim for 20%+ of your new ideas to be implemented as permanent strategies.
What do you need to bring to the table?
- Experience: 2-5 years in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of SEO, Meta/Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and retargeting frameworks.
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just read data; you turn it into actionable growth strategies.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work seamlessly with Product, Data, and Sales teams.
