Human Capital Specialist

Your primary accountability will be to develop and implement effective human capital strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals.

As Human Capital Specialist, you are responsible for recruiting and staffing, employee onboarding and off-boarding, employee development and training, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, HR policy compliance, and general HR administration.

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar job.
• Mastering Behavioral Event Interview/interview techniques for employee selection.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Have analytical thinking and accuracy.
• Professional, high integrity, and responsible.
